Highwaters Grill was opened in the Spring of 2001 and our concept is simple, serve great slow-cooked meals, offered up by our friendly staff and have you refueled for your next mountain adventure.

Highwaters Grill is a true wood-fired BBQ where ribs and chicken are slowly smoked and tenderized in our one-of-a-kind outdoor wood oven. Choose from some of our freshly made sides to go with your mouth-watering pulled pork sandwich, we have everything from fresh corn on the cob, to homemade coleslaw and hand dipped onion rings. If you are in the mood for something else, let us impress you with our fresh dough pizza or a big basket of crispy hot wings. You can sit on our beautiful outdoor deck, or throw a frisbee in our huge meadow while your food is being carefully prepared. Feel free to bring your own beer or grab a basket of complimentary fresh popcorn to snack on.
